The Zambezi Vintage Camp in Zambia offers a unique safari experience within the Lower Zambezi wilderness area. In order to make the most of an itinerary that comprises a rich, accumulative exposure to life in the bush, we suggest a 4 night stay with us.

Each safari takes place entirely at the pace required of each group and there exists the rare opportunity to immerse yourself in a timeless dream. All walks are led by your professional guide and host as the safari begins with camp set on the banks of the Zambezi river.

From this stunning setting we travel on foot into the remote foothills of the Zambezi escarpment, to places few have ventured before, ending the safari at a new destination set amongst acacia trees on the classic plains of the interior.

The area through which we travel is home to an abundance of animals, with the most prolific big game populations inhabiting the flatlands close to the Zambezi river itself. Throughout this safari you are likely to find a fascinating diversity of wildlife, from the iconic elephant, lion, buffalo and leopard to the ever present antelope and a vast variety of birdlife and flora.
